Application Support Engineer (Linux Python FIX). Global Investment Management company is seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer with experience of supporting eTrading operations; youll be working in complex systems, continually learning and progressing your career in a technology driven environment.As an Application Support Engineer you will join a team responsible for managing the global trading platform readiness for both pre-trading and post-trade systems including monitoring and support for end-to-end transaction flow across the trading platform. Youll collaborate with Front Office users (traders, quantitative analysts), dealing efficiently with user requests as well as brokers, exchanges and development and infrastructure teams. Your role as an Application Support Engineer will also include supporting scheduled changes such as application deployments, network implementation, server maintenance and oversight of automated processes, youll seek improvement and automate manual or repetitive tasks wherever possible. Youll be joining a hugely talented team in London with 360 views of the City and work closely with counterparts in Singapore and the US. You will learn and develop your technology skills and business knowledge with opportunities to progress your career.
