Join our team of LIMITLESS THINKERS and RULE BREAKERS and help make dreams come true ALL around the world!Within the Technology function Product, Engineering and Design are closely aligned with mature ways of working and a desire for continuous improvement in how we work together, as well as in the technology we develop.The Product team you would be part of is made up of a small group of high-performing, collaborative individuals who push each other to consistently better our product craft.The Role:Having recently launched the first Charlotte Tilbury app, we are looking for a strong Product Manager to take this opportunity to define the future roadmap that customers love, in line with our "more than a shopping app" strategy, to drive overall growth.This is a great opportunity to make a mark in a rapidly growing organisation which values innovative thinking and ambitious goals. The app is completely in house which allows for great flexibility in the future development of the product, whilst workingwith a cross-functional squad.You will be commercially focused and represent the business and customer needs to identify opportunities to improve and enhance the effectiveness of the products they are responsible for. You will work with a design and development team to manage the fullproduct lifecycle from idea generation, customer testing, development and go-to-market planning and execution. Requirements Drive and define the app strategy and roadmap that is reflective of our diverse customer base Understanding the company objectives and working with multiple stakeholders to get alignment on where it is going Be the go to person in the business for everything app, keeping up to date with and sharing the latest app trends and tech Build and maintain great stakeholder relationships across the business Working with user research and competitor/ market insight to identify opportunities to continually optimise the product Understand and keep up to date with changing app store rules and requirements to ensure smooth updates and identify opportunities to promote the app Be an evangelist of both apps and outcome-led product management within the business About you: Proven track record of delivering solutions that enhance business KPIs Subject Matter Expertise in app platforms/technology and app store processes Ability to define, develop and articulate digital initiative goals, objectives, and scope Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders in a way that engages them in what we do and why we do it Ability to manage and meet deadlines, thriving in a fast-paced environment A/B testing experience and experience working with iterative thinking and experimental approach Proven analytical skills and technical understanding Experience working in a cross-functional team (Engineering, Design, Data) Benefits
