Job Description

A fastest growing Insurance Broker is seeking a Analytics Managerto be responsible for developing and governing the data and IT systems. Working closely with the Executive management team, this is a key recruit for this business to ensure data across the business is maintained to the highest standard.Analytics Manager – Responsibilities:

  • Thorough understanding of the business and data strategy
  • Effectively communicate the status value and importance of data collection and deliverables to executive members of staff
  • Design and implement data processes and systems
  • Provide accurate regular management and performance information in line with corporate and departmental timelines
  • Data Governance framework and policy creation
  • Advocate where to cut costs and increase revenue based on insights derived from data
    • Analytics Manager – Requirements:
  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior management position
  • Knowledge of the insurance sector (Broking preferably)
  • Knowledge of financial accounting
  • Experience of multi country and multi region data solution implementation
  • Advanced SQL TSQL and database management techniques
  • Advance Excel skills
  • Data visualisation knowledge: PowerBI
  • Strong communication skills/ leadership skills
