Job DescriptionThis role will work on our new business win with one of the most exciting global media companies on the planet!Were looking for a measurement expert who understands how data and analytics can strengthen the planning and strategic process. Being able to identify and highlight the gaps in measurement to unlock business growth is as important as being able to takeresults and translate them into actionable recommendations.The focus of the role is to help steer the role of analytics within the Strategic and Planning Process. This will involve understanding the key challenges that face the different areas of the Meta business, identifying the measurement solutions that cananswer questions that are raised within the strategic process, and interpreting results in a way that will all Meta to achieve their business goals.Some key responsibilities for this role are: Business / Marketing Goal setting - Working with Meta to understand their business goals and working back to help them set their Media KPIs Development of the measurement process across the Meta business Working with existing measurement partners on measurement offering and interpreting these results Provide a POV of new measurement and data providers with a focus on how they will answer Metas strategic questions Support teams in building brand studies Retail measurement & analytics for Metas physical products Identifying potential for Advanced Analytics Projects - selling in Publicis services/capabilities to drive organic growth.Qualifications Possess a degree in Economics, Statistics, or another STEM subject. Be highly numerate and analytical Have strong problem-solving skills Be highly diligent and be able to conduct analysis with a high degree of accuracy. Have a proven ability to convert analysis into real world actionable solutions Show ability to identify and deal with client issues before they get out of hand Understand marketing strategy and business issues across clients. Have a broad range of experience across different analytics techniques such as A/B testing, Brand Lift Studies, Econometrics etc. Show a good understanding of MMM model output implications on media planning Knowledge of a programming language (such as R/Python) is desirable but not essential Experience working on international clients is desirable but not essentialAdditional InformationWe are diverse though our experience, people and the clients we look after - and we celebrate that diversity.
