Job Description ***New Permanent Opportunity for an Analyst to support all aspects of the build-out and monitoring of the Private Markets *** Core Duties:
  • Review the Private Markets quarterly performance figures
  • Contribute to quarterly performance reports for Trustee Board
  • Help maintain and improve portfolio management tools
  • Assist with investment implementation from initial selection to funding, including track record analysis, legal and operational sign-off, completion of background checks, and KYC/AML requirements
  • Research new areas / market opportunities of potential interest
  • Participate in internal discussions on manager and deal selection, and portfolio construction issues
  • Assist/manage quarterly cash flow forecasting and tracking potential new relationships
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and wider pensions industry network.
Experience:
  • High level of numeracy and financial literacy;
  • Strong analytical and MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills; experience working with other databases such as Dynamo
  • Strong Attention to Detail
