Our client is one of the leading Private Equity Placement firms, with its areas of business being primarily fund-raising for mid and large cap funds across Europe and the US but also secondaries and directs. The team is very busy and our now looking to recruit two Analysts. This is a truly exceptional business to work for, you will be working within a leading team and have opportunities to train and learn in other areas of the business. Main Responsibilities: Maintain all fund-raising documentation Conduct research and analysis into the private equity market. Prepare analysis on portfolios Support deal leaders on all aspects of deals. Coordinate roadshows and logistics. Candidate Requirements: 2-3 Years experience within either ECM, PrivatePlacement, or a newly qualified ACA /PQE 1 year (with transaction services or lead advisory experience) Strong written andcommunicationskills in English Strong timemanagementand project planning skills Financial analysis skills Strong attention to detail Fluency in a European Language would be a bonus (NotEssential)
