About Your TeamWere looking for a Structuring Analyst to help us launch into our next phase of growth. Youll join our Institutional team and work in structuring, collaborating with trading, credit and sales. If youre excited to join a highly innovative and motivated team working to bridge the gap between new tech and institutional finance, wed love to hear from you. Your Mission

• Working with sales and trading to design optimal client solutions
• Support the team on end to end products deal structuring and execution
• Liaise with clients to explain our products and execute trades
• Understand the challenges of our institutional clients and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively design client solutions
• Coordination with other BlockFi global offices to ensure smooth running of projects

Your Expertise

• 1+ years of experience in traditional structured lending or structured fund products including familiarity with term sheets, loan documentation, preparing pitches and presentations
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Interested in working on the complete structuring and execution process from prospecting to closing
• Knowledge about crypto currencies and a base understanding of the crypto ecosystem is desirable
• Enthusiasm about BlockFis products and business model
• Ability to represent the companys culture and values to our institutional counterparties
