One of the premier bulge bracket firms are looking to add an Analyst and Associate to their UK corporate finance team. This team advises public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions as well as raising finance, equity capital markets and strategy.Its a very busy team with a great reputation in the sector. They are now looking to hire an associate to their team based in London. The role will involve: Origination of new deals Execution of M&A deals Full involvement in the deal making process Financialmodelling, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation Extensive exposure to clients Key member of one of the top franchises in UK investment banking They are keen on meeting people who will have a background as follows: Analysts and Associates from otherblue chip advisory firms Big Four corporate finance/ transaction services professionals with excellent deal experience
