Based in the heart of London, our Group Capital Regulatory Reporting (GCRR) team is at the forefront of producing, controlling, and delivering key prudential supervisory reports and disclosures forCapital, Large Exposures, and Leverage. Responsibilities:Pillar 3 Disclosures:• Take ownership of preparing and submitting accurate Pillar 3 disclosures. • Actively contribute to understanding Basel 3.1/UK onshored CRR II rules and PRA guidelines impacting Pillar 3 disclosures. • Assume responsibility for specific external Pillar 3 disclosures. • Ensure compliance activities for Pillar 3 disclosures, collaborating with Group Regulatory Policy to evidence compliance requirements. Stakeholder Management:• Manage relationships related to Pillar 3 disclosures, responding to queries, overseeing data submissions, and implementing document changes. • Support the delivery of new regulatory changes by contributing to the development and implementation of regulatory projects. • Handle ad-hoc data requests, including PRA queries and industry data requests. Governance and Compliance:• Ensure adherence to the Prudential Compliance Framework (Group Compliance) and Operational Risk Framework (Group Operational Risk). • Contribute to the Banks responses to Consultation Papers and Technical Standards on regulatory developments. Reporting and Analysis:• Develop tactical solutions to address urgent issues in BAU reporting and controls. • Contribute to Group Finance initiatives, focusing on business efficiency and enhancing the control environment. Qualifications and Skills:• Qualified Accountant. • Possess expert Prudential Regulatory knowledge, especially in PRA Pillar 3 requirements and GSIB. • Demonstrate experience in interpreting and designing tactical reporting solutions. • Exhibit strong product knowledge (Balance sheet, trading book, and off-balance sheet). • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality reporting in a highly controlled environment. • Advanced Excel user. • Nice-to-have: experience with SQL writing, Moodys Fermat (RAY), and Balance Sheet reporting systems (BPC).
