Job Description

The amazon Manager will be partnering with global brands and agencies who use the platform to help them improve their performance on the amazon platform and other retail media platforms.This role will combine account management, data analysis and reporting and presenting to clients. This role will not require hands on PPC Campaign execution, but requires someone who understands well having executed for a brand or agency in the pastClient DetailsThe Client are a global Lead Adtech firm. The company are one of the best products in the market and usually rank at number 1 or 2 in the market! They partner with a some of the worlds biggest brands and agencies who are taking their Amazon and retail mediaperformance seriously. Their client list is like a whos who for best brands and agencies!DescriptionThe Amazon Manager will be responsible for

  • Working with a number of clients
  • Analysing their retail media performance through the platform and software and presenting back on how they could improve
  • Working with clients to resolve issues in real time to optimise their performance
  • Ensuring they are keeping up to date with changes to Amazon marketing rules
  • Learning and delivering on other retail media inc. Walmart, Ebay etc.
  • Ensuring optimal customer performance, customer service and they are signing up to another period with the platform
ProfileThe Successful Amazon Manager will
  • Have a strong track record of delivering Amazon PPC campaigns within either a brand and agency or an adtech firm
  • Have very strong attention to detail able to analyse data and create actionable insights as a result
  • Have Very strong presentation skills, the ability to put data into clear concise presentations and articulate points very well
  • Be a people person, putting the client first and providing a first class service - will be able to pushback respectfully
  • Be passionate about retail media and amazon advertising and understand the part it plays in a companies wider commercial strategy.
  • Be able to commute to the Central London offices 2-3 days a week
