Job Description

A prestigious university is looking for an Alumni Events Coordinator to join the team on a temporary basis!ALUMNI EVENTS COORDINATOR ROLE:

  • Leading and managing the end-to-end event process for a variety of events, both in-person and online, including alumni reunions, professional development workshops and business networking gatherings
  • Setting up event registration on internal software, answering registrant queries
  • Providing logistics support for internal and external events
  • Writing event briefs and post-event reports and report to appropriate stakeholders
  • Supporting the development and tracking of key performance indicators for the events programme
  • Building event feedback surveys to send in event follow-up mailings
  • Forecasting and budgeting for upcoming events scheduled in the alumni portfolio
ALUMNI EVENTS COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:
  • 3 years of events-based experience
  • International events experience
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ideally degree educated, or extensive relevant experience
