We are looking to recruit two ALS Support Tutors who will be working at our Bromleyor Bexley/Greenwich Campus. Many of our learners who declare additional learning support needs, or have recognised disabilities, require a variety of approaches to help them to fulfil their potential and meet qualification aims. Working out of the LearningResource Centre in close collaboration with the specialist SpLD & classroom support staff team. The ideal candidates for this role will have the attributes to provide a dynamic range of study-skills, social skills and study support tuition to learners in groupsor 1:1, as appropriate to their assessed needs. To be successful in this role, youll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to effectively motivate and inspire others.
