Job Description

Agile Product Manager£70K- £80KCentral LondonThis is a newly created position for an Agile Product Manager due to continued growth of a successful, leading-edge technology solutions provider.The Agile Product Manager will be responsible for productive and efficient running of cross functional project teams, based on collaborative management and tools (such as Agile Scrum and custom intelligent dashboards)As part of this strategic role you will lead the implementation of a new Ways of Working for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) spanning across various parallel running programmes and projects across various domains.You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering projects that provide exceptional business value to users
  • Delivering an intelligence (dashboard) solution for the above
  • Managing Software Development (e.g. integrated metrics from tools such as Pluralsight Flow or SonarQube)
  • Measuring and tracking conformance to the quality and security standard expected by our customers and clients, including compliance standards such as GDPR, ISO27001 and SOC2.
    • The successful candidate will ideally have:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams. PMP preferred
  • Successful realisation of user centric analytical and intelligence solutions (lead and hands-on concept to operations abilities)
  • Prior experience with Lean and Agile methodologies with enterprise level application development projects. PMI ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred
  • Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members including Data Scientists, Analysts, UX/UI and Developers
    • Skills Required
  • BA or BS or equivalent experience is required; MA or MS in a technical discipline is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met
  • Agile Management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps Code Quality
  • Security and Compliance tools such as Sonar Qube and PluralSight Flow, Azure Policy and Azure Security Centre.
  • Understanding of security and compliance frameworks affecting product development and operations, especially GDPR, ISO 27001 and SOC2
