Job Description

Job title: Agile Digital Transformation Coach 86160Location - LondonDuration: 6 months FTCMy high-profile banking client are recruiting for an Agile digital transformation Coach/specialist. The role is a Hybrid role which will require the candidate to work on site 2 days a week and 3 days from home, working normal office hours. The role willbe an initial 6 month contracting position.Specific responsibilities for the Agile Digital Transformation Specialist position include:

  • Quickly establish collaborative partnership with key stakeholders to ensure leadership buy-in across both Business and IT - Become a strategic partner in organisational road mapping and structuring to drive increased ROI, greater adoption and higher transformationsuccess.
  • Provide coaching and training at all levels in an emerging Agile environment - Assess the current organisation and delivery environment and recommend optimal Agile practices tailored to the client Proven ability to perform in various agile roles where needed.
  • Identify and execute best practices to increase delivery, transparency and quality - Facilitate sprint roadmapping, planning sessions and retrospectives.
  • Facilitator for program events and activities for planning, executing, delivery and improvement, such as Program Increment (PI) Planning readiness and PI Planning events and activities
  • Support the triage and resolution of critical impediments.
  • Prepare and deliver effective communications both verbally and orally regarding progress and status for both internal and client teams.
  • Perform hands-on work, including analysis, design and change management, as needed.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile coach with an Agile practitioner mindset understanding common Agile practices, design thinking, and iterative development practices.
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework and or STE/RTE role preferred.
  • Experience with Agile product and lean portfolio management.
  • Experience of Domain Driven Design would be a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT full development life cycle.
  • Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence.
  • Ability to help teams write user stories/epics, identify dependencies, and design optimal solutions.
  • Flexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and people.
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills across business, operations, and technology teams
  • Validated project management experience with the ability to lead clusters of individual projects in parallel through wide cross-functional teams
  • Validated peoples leadership skills & ability to efficiently influence and empower others.
  • Quantitative and decision-making ability: Ability to conceptualise sophisticated problems and develop an Analytical road map for them.
