Agile Development Manager - Medical Software Imaging Systems Salary- £70Kto £80K plus 15% bonus, plus many excellent benefitsLocation - Basingstoke, Hants & London N3Our client is looking for an experienced Agile Development Manager with excellent., team leadership, coaching and mentoring skills to join a rapidly growing, global medical device manufacturer. They have a friendlyteamworkingina vibrant culture ona high-techproduct.The Development Manager will lead two existing teams of highly qualified and accomplished professionals (software engineers, test engineers, product owners, technical architects) and will have the opportunity to make a real difference in helping the teamto develop new products as the company moves forward. The teams work with an Agile methodology on an existing C# codebase and will be introducing exciting new features and products. Key to this role will be a strong track record in leadership, with the abilityto win over the teams, enhance team cohesion and improve development efficiency to deliver results. Strong mentoring and coaching skills are required for this role ( this is a management role as opposed to a technical position)The role will be based between their London and Basingstoke offices together with the development teams to maximise face-to-face time with some flexibility around home-based working as well. This will include an extended period of regular working in theoffices for the first three months to gain familiarity with the companys product line, development processes, peers in the Product Delivery group and future product directions.
