We are looking foran Agile Coach to fulfil a newly created role in our global product and agile organisation. You are passionate about agile, enjoy coaching teams to success and understand how to get the best out of people in a fast-growing environment. The Agile Coach championsagile mindset and methodology and its adoption across the Technology team and wider business; leads the development of methodology and practices, training and coaches others to ensure alignment with overall transformation goals. As our Agile Coach you willbe responsible for:Leading the design, development, implementation and iterative refinement of the agile and/or product owner methodologies and practices. Aligning methodology with design thinking principles and success criteria for customer-centric products. Demonstrating your knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, and communication- able to walk the leadership floor and identify improvement opportunities on the fly to multiple Seniorstakeholders and teams, and support with proactive interventions.Acting as an active champion of agile methodology works closely with executives, business unit leaders, product owners, and technology teams to advance the awareness and adoption of agileprinciples and standards, and identify opportunities for improvement.Hands-on demonstration of agile concepts & use of artefacts such as user stories, impact maps, story maps, story prioritisation techniques, big visible charts, planning, estimation techniques,governance sessions, etc.Develops strategies for business unit adoption of those methodologies and ongoing development of customer-centric agile capabilities within business units.Coaching senior leaders through the agile transformation, helping to ensurealignment with established methodologies and transformation goals.Tracking and sharing customer-centric agile best practices. As well as developing and maintaining a network of relevant practitioner contacts to perform direct research to remain currenton industry and competitor practices.
