Our client, a prestigious talent management agency, is seeking an Agent’s Assistant who is adept at employing organisational skills within a fast-paced working environment.Key responsibilities will include:· Serving as the first point of contact for all requests and work offers for clients.· Script reading and writing breakdowns.· Client casting.· Connecting calls.· Obtaining all relevant information regarding work commitments such as dates.· Monitoring all offers and contracts developments.· Arranging client’s itineraries and travel requirements to carry out work commitments.· Organising all travel arrangements and itineraries for Agent.· Maintaining an up-to-date contacts database.· Preparing Agent’s expenses.Requirements:· Previous experience working as an Agent’s Assistant.· Meticulous attention to detail.· Strong administrative skills.· Confident working with high profile clients.· Able to work effectively under pressure.· Genuine interest in theatre and film industry.· Abe to work as part of a team.· Dedicated and hardworking approach.Please note that due to the volume of submissions, only successful candidates who meet the exact requirements will be contacted.
