Pay: Kent Range4 Start Date: Monday 7th June 2021Palmarsh Primary Schoolis looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to set up and manage ourAfter-School Club. The successful applicant will be someone who loves toinspire and support our children, has supervisory skills and is a willing teamplayer. You should be a highly efficient, flexible and reliable person.Hours will be 3.00pm to5.45pm Monday to Friday and occasionally be flexible to stay later if required.The start date for thisposition will be Monday 7th June. The successful candidate will needto be able to: demonstrate and promote theschools core values, attitudes and behaviour expected from thepupilshave respect for their social,cultural, linguistic, religious and ethnic backgroundshave the ability to build andmaintain successful relationships with pupils; be consistent, showrespect, consideration and demonstrate concern for childrens development as learnersbe aware of relevant and newlegislation, procedures and requirements to ensure that the club is operatingwithin the agreed procedureswork in partnership with theschool and liaise with external agencies and professionals as required toensure high standards are maintained in the club and they will be expected toattend training sessions as required to ensure their own personal andprofessional developmentWe are a GOOD school,on our journey to being OUTSTANDING.
