Affiliate Lead - Online Gaming - London - c. £45KThe CompanyMy client, based in the heart of London, is a mid-sized operator in the gaming industry. They are a friendly yet dynamic team with a fun working environment (pool table etc). The main purpose of this role is to establish and develop the affiliate marketing program and to grow and further optimise the affiliate channel as a primary acquisition channel.Key duties:-·Manage the remote affiliate marketing team·Work collaboratively with Country Managers and local affiliate campaigns across different regions·Maintain the affiliate CRM program directly utilising the Salesforce platform·Develop and implement the Sports and Casino affiliate strategy to achieve target acquisition and retention KPIs·Oversee the management and implementation of the Affiliate platform such as Income Access affiliate software·Analysing and reporting affiliate channel performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis·Acquisition of new affiliates·Manage the affiliate API feed integration, deep link tracking and queries·Perform regular competitor analysis in order to ensure the affiliate program is up to date with the latest industry trendsEssential skills:-·Have proven experience in managing and growing an efficient operator affiliate programme·Excellent relationship management skills·Ability to travel as needed·Minimum 3 years of affiliate marketing experience with operator - preferably with sportsbook and eSports·Knowledge of online betting industry·Experience with a third party affiliate platform such as Income Access·Advanced Excel (pivot tables) user skillsTo apply for this role, please click the Apply button or email This job ad was posted by Salt.
