Remote work to be considered once established in role The Role As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, your role will require you to work asa key member of the primary care multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively and within your professional boundaries to deliver patient care and improve health outcomes. This will mainly be in the form of face-to-face patient consultations but could involveoutreach to support populations with some of Londons worst health outcomes, triage, remote consultations, online consultations, acute and proactive care .
