Put simply, we enable professionals and their organisations to enhance performance by providing high quality,relevant and reliable information, education and knowledge.Main Purpose of RoleIn this varied administrator job role you will work closely with the Head of ISO Compliance and QA, providing administrative support for the expansion of ISO Certificate to other businesses within the Group.You will be responsible for documenting and following up on security incidents and quality issues whilst supporting the management of Business Management System and all associated logs and documentation.The ISO Compliance Department are responsible for the maintenance of Processes and Policies and supporting on on audits ensuring follow up on non-conformities as required so you will be supporting this element of the team whilst also managing the team inboxand dealing with queries in a timely manner.Other responsibilities will be:- Booking meetings and taking minutes- Support awareness of ISO requirements across the business- Support awareness of Information Security across the business- Opportunity to be trained as an Internal Auditor- Support the QA team as required, taking on QA tasks during busier periods- Other administrative tasks as necessaryIf this sounds like the kind of varied administrative role you have the experience to do and you would enjoy, why not submit an application and see where it takes you.Skills and Experience Required- Experience gained in a busy, varied administrative role within a corporate environment- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills- Highly organised, efficient and pro-active- Confident communicator with the ability to work in a team and on your own initiativeAs a portfolio Company, we are all different at Wilmington.
