Our administrative team plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation ofour daily activities, ultimately helping us achieve our goals. What Youll Do: Contribute to a positive and welcoming environment for staff,service users,and visitors. Provide efficient administrative support to Senior Trust Officers and manage essential officesystems. Play a key role in financial accuracy by processing invoices,reconciling accounts,and maintaining secure filing systems. Support data collection and analysis for informed decision-making. Contribute to a sustainable workplace by promoting environmentallyfriendly practices. Assist with various tasks such as meeting service,preparing publicity materials,and answering phone calls.
