Job Description

My client is an exciting, successful and progressive Hedge Fund. If you are looking to join a company for the long term and crave working with intelligent, inspirational and innovative people, this could be exactly the right move for you.Reporting into the Office Manager, your role will be diverse, interesting and fulfilling. You will be the go to for the office, making sure the office can run smoothly, meeting and greeting guests, assisting with HR projects, working extensively with MSOffice, specifically Excel.No one day will be the same, you will need to think on your feet, think round the edges, make things happen and be a solution based, helpful individual.Typical duties for this role will include but are not limited to:

  • Organising travel
  • Ordering catering
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Front of House duties
  • Meeting room preparation and clean down
  • Expenses
  • On-boarding of new staff and other HR projects
  • Sorting deliveries at Front of House and from loading bay
  • General administration and ad hoc tasks
