Job Description

Administrative Assistant - W.LondonSalary: Up to £23,000 + amazing benefits & long-term career progressionHours: 9am-5pmLocation: West LondonOur clientWe are seeking a bright and proactive Administrative Assistant who would be excited to work in a support role within the Residential Property industry. Our client works with some of the most exclusive & prestigious residential properties in Knightsbridge and the surrounding areas.The RoleWe are now looking for a switched on, pro active, personable assistant to provide full administrative support to the Senior PA and the Founder of this highly successful property business. This is an absolutely fantastic opportunity for someone who is starting out in their career and is looking for a role with long term growth and development. You will be part of a very small team who are based in Kensal Rise a stone throw away from Notting Hill. As this is a small team this means that you will be getting involved in all aspects of the business which means personal development and the opportunity to work with one of the most successful founders in this field.Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • General PA duties to support to the Senior PA
  • Updating databases - keeping records up to date, paper and computer based
  • Help with archiving and migrating data to a cloud-based storage
  • Schedule internal and external meetings
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Carrying out research on specific projects
  • Speaking and liaising with external suppliers
  • Organising files
  • Dealing with queries from staff
  • Answering the phone, taking messages, transferring calls to relevant staff
  • Proof reading and prepare documentations
  • Provide PA cover to the Founder when the Senior PA is on annual leave
  • Requirements for the role:
  • Have an eye for detail and a high level of accuracy especially with spelling and grammar
  • Ideally degree educated but not essential
  • Must be proactive and have a strong work ethic
  • Have at least 12 months experience working in an office support capacity
  • Be a quick thinker and a keen learner
  • You will have the ability to hit the ground running and get stuck in with everything from both a personal and business point of view
  • Strong Microsoft office IT-skills
  • Previous knowledge and experience of Google Drive will be beneficial
