We are a dynamic, forward-thinking and process-driven recruitment company in one of the fastest growing industries of our time - Gaming.Founded by a brother and sister, we are a close-knit team focussed on delivering the best possible service to our clients in Europe and the States.As we are a start-up, we are ever-changing, strategising and implementing new ways to innovate our service, company and position within the industry.This is an amazing opportunity to get on board, have a real impact in your role and the opportunity to grow with a company who is approaching the scale-up phase.What your week might look like:- Writing job specifications and managing the responses across different platforms.- Day-to-day communication with different stakeholders - help to organise the tasks into actionable to dos’ for the team.- Email and Calendar management for the Directors- General admin support for new lead generation- Industry research for help with content creation- Social Media management and help with the overall marketing strategy implementation.- As we scale, help with managing applications, arranging and conducting interviews and the onboarding with new employees- Helping to keep the CRM System up to date- Help to organise and manage Haptic eventsGoing forward…- You will have the opportunity to hire an additional person for your team- You will be able to grow with the company and develop your skills in your area of interest - your career aspirations are truly listened too.What you will need to have:- 2+ years of Admin support/office assistant or personal assistance experience- Will need to be process-driven and super organised- Will need to have initiative and be adaptable - if you don’t know the answer to something, either be okay to ask or find it!- You will need to have excellent English writing and communication skills- Reliable and consistent- Excellent self-management, planning and organisational skills allowing you to work on your own initiative- Fantastic attention to detail- A-level education or equivalent- Experience using Word, Excel/Googlesheets and Powerpoint skillsBONUS: - Knowledge of employment legislation and GDPR- Payroll experience- Passion for gaming- Experience in mentoring or managementBenefits: - Opportunity to work part or fully remote!- Work in a fun environment- Flexi-working- 21 days holiday + standard UK bank holidays- Birthday day-off!- Real opportunity for career progression and training/resources to support that.- Cool office in Old Street with roof terrace :)- Travel opportunities Required skills
