Job Description

Teqniq is searching for Administration Officer to work in the public sector.36 hours per week.3 month contract.09:00-17:00PURPOSE OF THE JOBSouthwark Council are contacting all their leaseholders in known higher risk buildings to ask them for a leaseholder certificate. The Building Safety Admin Officer will need to write to the relevant leaseholders requesting the leaseholder to fill in thecertificate and send it back to us. If the leaseholder does not reply, the officer will need to chase the leaseholder. Therefore the officer will need to keep meticulous records of who they have contacted, who has replied, and which leaseholders need to bere-contacted. The officer will also need to answer any queries the leaseholder may have. The successful candidate will be expected to independently manage the project from end to end. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Logistically carrying out the project. 2.Communicating with leaseholders via letters, phone, and email. 3. Creating written communication to the leaseholders. 4. Record keeping for the project and database. 5. Being professional with all stakeholders and in all forms of communication. 6. Helpingto ensuring the project keeps to time and budget. 7. To produce reports and statistics as required to monitor progress. 8. To respond to enquiries regarding the project. 9.
