Job Description

We arecurrently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join our Kit KempDesign Studio in South Kensington. The hours of work will be 32hrs per week, Monday to Thursday.This positionis ideal for someone with strong experience in an administrative role, has attentionto detail and a confident communicator both verbally and in writing.With a desireto work as part of a proactive team, the ideal candidate will be personable andfriendly, able to prioritise a busy workload and anticipate the demands of thedepartment to provide effective administrative support.The role:

  • Providesadministrative support to the Procurement Manager
  • Assist inplacing purchase orders (ESTI software) andprocessing invoices
  • Respondingto telephone and email queries
  • Oversees deliveries - incoming and outgoing and communicating with the teamaccordingly
  • Supportswith inventory for projects i.e. categorises, codes and takes pictures whereappropriate
  • Is asystems super-user and takes a lead on all system queries in the absence of theProcurement Managersystems being File hound and SD
  • Supports with diary management duties including coordinating andscheduling meetings along with preparing and distributing agendas
  • Undertakesresearch for projects including completing costs analysis for various dealers
  • Any otherduties assigned

  • Proficientwith Microsoft Office
  • Experiencein the same or similar role
  • Abilityto work on your own initiative
  • Strongverbal and written communication skills
