Job Description

Ad Operations SpecialistInitially working from home - You will then be required to work in Staines upon Thames or Central London from September onwards.12 month contract, to start May 2021Circa £235 per day - paid on a PAYE basisAs a fast growing, award winning global technology company the role of Ad Operations Specialist is required to help expand the Digital and Analytics team and will be responsible for paid for media campaigns across different platforms. Working closely with all DSP and ad tech partners as well as ad agencies, you will be required to effectively launch and maintain all campaigns and generate assets as required.The company was established over 15 years ago and now works across 27 countries and employs over 10,000 people. As the leading Service Management, service provider, its platform with numerous applications and features is aimed at optimising business workflows, automating routine service tasks, and resolving complex customer issues.As Ad Operations Specialist you will work with internal teams for Campaign/IO Approval and sox compliance as well as participating in QA workflows with external teams to ensure best practices and compliance on campaign set up, including review of placements, bids and rates.Some of the other areas of responsibility in the role will include:

  • Perform daily evaluations and optimisations for campaign health
  • Suggesting reallocations and ensuring full delivery of campaigns against budget and goals.
  • Provide delivery reports to account managers and internal brand and campaigns teams
  • Help maintain campaign maintenance reporting and other operational workflows
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues related to campaign assets
  • Help with billing and variance reporting
  • To fulfil the role of Ad Operations Specialist you will ideally have proven ad operations and digital marketing experience, ideally gained within the tech industry.You will also have:
  • Familiarity with the digital advertising landscape and related technologies
  • Tracking discrepancies around click through rates
  • Tracking lead generation
  • Proficiency in the below (Or used similar ad tech and BI tools):
  • Google Campaign Manager
  • DV360 & SA360
  • Demandbase
  • Adobe Analytics
  • Tableau
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable with business analytics and producing data-driven insights and reporting
  • Experience working with display banners
  • Previous experience gained with ad or marketing agency advantageous
