ITP Media Group reaches an audience of more than 90.6 million people across the Middle East and beyond through its leading websites, portals, social media platforms, events, conferences, award ceremonies, magazines, books and social media influencers agency.We are looking for a Sales Manager, programmatic to join us soon in our Dubai office.Role OverviewThe role is responsible for supporting ad operations and digital excellence to deliver digital display and marketing campaigns. The role will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and running of display campaigns across direct and programmatic channels. The role will also play a critical role in the regular measurement and optimization of campaigns to provide and deliver digital excellence for our client base.The role will help service our clients and be able to use audiences and segments to target and optimize campaigns performance. The role will support the evolution of the team towards new methods and mediums of display/digital advertising.Essentials Ability to manage end to end campaign delivery from Google Ad manager including generating and testing ad tags and creatives for campaign launches across various platforms. Ability to manage and deliver programmatic display and direct sale display. Ability to optimize delivery of digital advertising campaigns. Knowledge of DSP/SSP systems, programmatic bidding and trade desks. Experience working with clients, stakeholders and ad agencies. Ability to deliver campaign reporting and performance analysis. Ability to target campaign using audiences and segments. Knowledge of display formats, mediums and rich/native/video formats. Ensure ad creative adheres to technical specifications and troubleshoot creative issues that affect implementation, tracking and/or reporting. Use best practices to pace budget and optimize for performance where necessary. Perform reconciliations between media plans and 3rd party ad delivery. Provide recommendations and solutions to quickly resolve technical issues. Identify opportunities to implement solutions that increase effectiveness and efficiencies. Additional projects and tasks supporting the Ad Operations team where required.RequirementsThe ideal candidate would have: 1 to 2 years of working experience in an ad-ops role within the digital advertising area. Deep understanding of Double Click Campaign Manager (experience with other 3rd party ad servers a plus) A strong knowledge of technical market standards (VAST, VPAID, ad-serving, SSP, DSP, etc.). A good understanding of web standards such as HTML, JS / JSON, Google web designer etc. is a plus.
