The Acting Head of Major Donors and Individual Giving is a key senior role in the Librarys development team, leading a team of 4 to drive forward major gifts and individual supporter activity internationally and nationallyto secure significant donations towards the campaign. You will be a highly-experienced and results-oriented individual with strong leadership and line management skills. A confident relationship builder, with a proven track record of securing major gifts (6and 7 figures) you will be responsible for driving the strategy for the individual giving team as well as of managing effective and creative stewardship and cultivation plans for a portfolio of high net worth individuals, tailored to meet their individualneeds. You will have well established contacts and networks and be able to build new relationships with high-net worth individuals. You will also be able to prepare and articulate compelling cases for support for the Librarys key projects and campaign visionand thrive in a creative and fast paced environment.
