  • Manage and record revenue transactions accurately.
  • Track payments received and balance the accounts receivable ledger.
  • Undertake billing activities ensuring all invoices are issued on time.
  • Resolve any issues related to payment discrepancies.
  • Assist in month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service departments to improve payment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Support the accounting team with other financial tasks as needed.
ProfileA successful Accounts Receivable Specialist should have:
