A leading film production and distribution company is looking for a temporary Accounts Receivable Assistant to report straight to the Finance Manager and be an integral of the finance team. You will have a passion for the film industry and regular interaction with content and be very confidant with dealing with people at all levels.You will be assisting and supporting the Finance team by processing invoices and resolving queries from internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities* Working closely with the Sales ledger accountant to support theatrical billings* Prepare and process sales invoices and post cash received into accounting ledgers* Responsibility for obtaining and reconciling theatrical box office returns* Maintenance of the theatrical database and billings system* Key customer relationship management and credit control* Customer master creation* Assist finance team as requiredAbout you* Experience in finance environment or finance knowledge through study* Experienced in Accounts Receivable* Excellent knowledge of Excel* Experience with SAP preferable* Excellent verbal and written communication* Strong interpersonal and team work skills* Keen attention to detail with good analytical skills* Proactive with positive can do attitude Due to a high volume of applications only successful candidates will be contacted
