A Charity in Central London is looking for a new Accounts Payable Supervisor to come in and look after their team on a Permanent basis.Client DetailsA large, international organisation based in Central London, offering Hybrid working and good benefits.DescriptionManages the Accounts Payable Team to deliver the various accounts payable functions for all three funds in a timely and accurate manner ensuring compliance with the Secretariats policies and procedures;Ensures the timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintains accurate records and control reports;Ensures Accounts Payable team meets agreed service standards;Develops Accounts Payable KPIs and reporting;Manages the recruitment of the financial assistants - accounts payable; deals with disciplinary and grievance issues, employee engagement, and training and development;Manages internal and external relationships particularly with colleagues throughout the Secretariat, field experts and suppliers;Maintains the supplier database, monitoring changes to existing suppliers;Manages the aged creditors function including regular reconciliations and reporting;Prepares exception and statistical reports for managementProfile Minimum of 7 years accounts payable and general accounting experience At least 5 years supervisory experience in a similar role Experience of managing staff and delivering result to tight deadline Experience of working with computerised financial systems Good IT skills, experienced user of Microsoft Office products Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with both financial and non-financial staffJob OfferUp to £39,599 for the right candidate
