Job Description

Carlton Brookes Recruitment are currently working with a leading global organisation within the financial services sector. Due to continued growth my client is now recruiting for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their busy finance team and assist group purchase and sales ledger management.Responsibilities

  • Assistance as appropriate in the production of sales invoices and management of sales ledger function
  • Assistance as appropriate in processing purchase invoices and management of purchase ledger function
  • Assistance with periodic VAT reporting
    • Skills Required
  • Good understanding of systems, infrastructures, and processes in diverse environments
  • Prior accounts payable/receivable experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools, in particular strong Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication
  • Understanding of VAT within Europe and the US
