Job Description

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Dentistry Company in London to recruit an immediate, temporary Accounts Payable Clerks for a 3 month role.Role:Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Accounts Payable Clerks to assist them for 3 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:

  • High volume invoice processing
  • Controlling and oversight of the supplier invoice approval work-flow
  • Ensuring correct authorisations are obtained for all invoices
  • Handling and resolving queries from suppliers and dental practices
  • Reconciling supplier accounts
  • Preparing and processing payment runs - BACS, IMT, Urgent ad hoc.
  • Bank Reconciliations, and ensuring bank accounts have enough funds for up-coming payments
Profile:The successful temporary Accounts Payable Clerk will either be a Finance graduate looking to gain entry level finance experience or you will have have 2+ years experience in Accounts Payable.You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.Client:Our client are a leading Dentistry Company based in London.
