You will get the opportunity to work within a fun environment and supportive financeteamResponsibilities

  • Processing all supplier invoices on a daily basis and ensuring all supplier invoices are allocated correctly
  • Communicate and resolve supplier enquiries via email or phone, escalating where appropriate, to deliver strong customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Processing and reconciliation of company debit and credit cards
  • Processing weekly ad hoc payment runs
  • Daily Bank reconciliations
  • Managing the aged creditors ledger and ensuring all transactions are allocated
  • Maintain good internal controls with respect to the Purchase Ledger function ensuring all invoices comply with guidelines and enforcing purchasing policies where necessary
  • Setting up clients in Paprika
  • Actively chase open POs - ensuring old POs are investigated and closed regularly
  • Conduct weekly finance trainings for all new starters - being the first point of contact for system support
  • Chasing timesheets weekly, enforcing timesheet policies where needed
  • Ad-hoc support on audit requests as needed
  • Support on archiving as needed
  • Assisting other members of finance as required to supporting the wider finance team
Key competencies
  • Superb time management and organisation skills
  • Confident with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stake holders
  • Previous experience working in a client services, PR or creative/marketing agency an advantage
  • Excel skills (sumifs, vlookups and pivot tables)
  • Self-starter with a can do attitude
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Works well in a high pressure environment
  • Team player
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Paprika Experience (preferred but not essential)
