Job Description

Accounts Payable Assistant - £35k - Marketing - Central London - Hybrid WorkingA really exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Assistant to come in and join fast growing entertainment company. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a step up and wants to gain more experience.The salary for this role is £35k + benefits.Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting invoices; matching invoices to POs
  • incl. review of approvals in PMI and inclusion of expense claims.
  • Follow up on PO and invoice approvals in PMI.
  • Senior Payables Assistant on a day-to-day basis.
  • Provide guidance to productions and corporates with Payables policy and
  • process.
  • Management of the Payables mailbox(s) including queries and downloading
  • and receipt of invoices.
  • Statement reconciliations process.
  • Improvement of processes within the team and assist management with process efficiency projects as they arise.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Accounting system knowledge of PMI is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of working in a multi-currency environm
