Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding creative media agency are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team.The role will be part of a larger finance team who manage all aspects of financial and operational management for this £15m Turnover business.The ideal candidate will possess at least 6 months experience in accounts and will ideally have experience using the Accounting software Xero.In return for your hard-work, the company offer an excellent working environment and excellent benefits. There willalso be a flexible working culture to work some of the time from home if desired.This is a permanent position paying between £24,000-£27,000.Responsibilities include: Raising and creating invoices using Xero Purchase invoice processing Reconciling invoices for any discrepancies/errors Raising recurring invoices Managing expense claims and inputting into Xero Resolving queries with management and colleagues Other Ad-hoc responsibilitiesPerson Specification A minimum of 1-2 years accounts experience Experience of Xerohighly desirable Excellent communication skills Strong level of Microsoft Excel
