Accounts Assistant/Credit ControllerNorth West London£28,000-£35,000We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant with previous credit control experience to join a leading property group located in North West London. Knowledge of QuickBooks software desirable but not essential. Working in modern plush offices withparking available, key duties will entail;* Liaising with tenants regarding rent payments * Maintaining arrears records and minimising overdue accounts by maintaining regular monitoring* Negotiating payment plans with tenants * Daily bank reconciliations * Chasing outstanding rent arrears* Cash allocation * Producing aged debtor reports * Sending out reminder statements for overdue accountsSkills :* Previous experience working within the property sector desirable * Previous experience in credit control This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant with credit control experience to join a local company. Working hours are 9am-6pm Monday - Friday with on-site parking provided. Thank you for your application.
