Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Accounts Receivable, you will be part of a busy and small team responsible for the raising of sales ledger invoices and dealing with associated queries. Based in London. The role will be a mix of office and home based.Client DetailsWell established and growing Financial Services business speicialising in Asset Management based in London. HQ in London with offices in Europe and North America.DescriptionWorking as part of a busy Accounts Receivable team, your duties will include:

  • Raise all invoices in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all transactions are compliant with HMRC regulations
  • Proactively and promptly resolve both client and internal issues and queries
  • Assist with time moves and other ad hoc requests related to the accounts receivable function
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately within specified deadlines including month end, quarter end, half-year end
  • Ensure all contracts and invoicing requirements are understood, facilitating the correct system set-up and processes
