Our client, a leading property investment brokerage, based by London Bridge, are recruiting for an Account Manager.The ideal candidate will be highly personable and articulate with an ability to work in a fast paced and exciting sales environment. The role requires the candidate to develop and maintain a good relationship with all sub agents and partners.Duties include:Helping these agents during each step of the process, from reserving the property to exchanging and completion.Ensuring these stages are completed in a timely manner, whilst continually liaising with all the stakeholders involved.Liaising with agents and solicitors on a daily basis to ensure time efficient exchanges and completions.Continually updating the property portal, making sure all information is correct and availabilities are up to date.Processing payments made from clients/agents putting down reservations.Learning new developments which are being marketed and ensuring you have the right information relating to your role. E.g., Solicitors fees, services charges, ground rents, project incentives.Ensuring agents are being kept up to the date on a monthly basis with any development / construction updates on the properties their clients have purchased / are purchasing. This will involve you contacting the developer for an update or checking their websites has been updated and feeding this information through to the client.Booking valuations on properties.Arranging viewings for site visits for agents/clients.At the completion stage, assisting the client with the handover.Developing a good relationship with Clients, Solicitors, Brokers and Developers.
