Job Description

JOB TITLE: Account Manager - Web DevelopmentLOCATION: RemoteSALARY: £35,000 - £45,000OVERVIEW:We are working with an exciting digital agency who are looking to grow their Client Services team. They have won a lot of new business and need the support to go to the next stage of their growth.It is a really exciting time for them!They are working with clients from a variety of industries with a focus on E-Commerce and are looking for an Account Manager who has previous experience in this sector.Working directly with the client you will need experience running projects within Web Development and Digital Marketing.REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have proven experience in a digital agency, ideally 2 years plus
  • Must have proven Web build management experience, ideally 2 years plus
  • Vast experience managing website projects and creative digital campaigns from start to finish to ongoing support
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, Laravel, Magento and other e-commerce packages desirable
  • Experience with all aspects of Digital Marketing and a good knowledge of SEO/CRO is desirable
    • DUTIES:
  • Manage key digital accounts and projects, with team support
  • Get to know clients, their objectives, goals and KPIs
  • Regular communication (f2f/phone/email/video call) with clients to ensure service levels and expectations are being met
