Job Description

Account Manager -TelecomsLocation: AndoverSalary: CompetitiveAbout the Company:Our client are experts in powering multichannel home energy, broadband, digital TV and mobile phones comparison and switching. They work with a wide range of partners across industries such as price comparison and print media, as well as PropTech, FinTech and financial services, helping them power their own successful energy and telecoms switching solutions to their customers.They have an exciting new opportunity for an Account Manager to join their Telecoms Commercial Team. The role will be focused on client delivery and will be a key part of the companys growth within the Telecoms industry. In-line with the Telecoms strategy.Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on client service(s), working closely with the Product and Partnership teams to support expansion of existing telecoms business as well as new project development
  • Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Set digital strategies for assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
  • Set offline strategies for assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
  • Suggest, design and implement digital strategies to increase both ours and our Clients ROI
  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
  • Work with Developers to optimise web content to increase traffic and sales, as well as optimising revenue streams
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop social media strategies to clients
  • Report on web performance metrics
  • Analyse, both offline and digital campaign success
  • Stay up to date with digital technology trends
  • Manage and deliver monthly performance reports to deliver to Senior Management
  • Account Manager Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Account Manager
  • Good experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
  • Experience implementing and optimising Google Ads campaigns
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Experience with customer service and account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill with the ability to meet deadlines
  • High customer service driven mentality with a strong desire to want to meet and exceed our clients needs, maintaining our high standards and reputation to deliver our strategic vision and overall excellence
  • Ability to support and present to internal stakeholders and external clients; build relationships, influence and manage conflicts
  • Able to demonstrate core qualities in being an intrinsic team player (extremely collaborative and comfortable within team environments)
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to deliver time sensitive projects
  • Excellent client service skills, entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking, and capability (and willingness) to own the day to day tasks and projects for client programs
  • A minimum of A-level qualified with a relevant degree desirable
