Job Description

Account Manager - Software - Property - Nationwide (London, South East, Midlands, Scotland, Wales, South West, North East, North West, Home Counties, East Anglia) - Home basedOur client, a highly successful software company, is looking for a customer-centric Account Manager to provide fantastic customer service and account management for users of their software. You will be based from home but will need to be willing to travel throughout the UK for a day, sometime two days a week.Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting, developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of clients providing them with a single point of accountability
  • Support clients through regular meetings and calls, ensuring client expectations are exceeded at every opportunity in order to maintain client retention
  • Pro-actively identify clients’ present and future needs and manage delivery expectations
  • Identify, develop and maintain a unique understanding and working relationship with each client, understanding their business strategy and plans in order to ensure they and our client are aligned
    • The home based Account Manager should have the following experience and skills-Experience
  • At least four years’ experience of working in the estate agency industry
  • Advanced user of a property software package
  • Experience of building and maintaining excellent customer relationships
  • Experience of giving presentations
    • Skills
  • Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment required
  • Personable and a strong communicator
  • A can do attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Possesses strong writing and communication skills
  • Is willing to travel throughout UK (with occasional travel abroad if business requires)
  • ARLA member
  • IT qualification
