RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build a strongknowledgebase and understanding of theclients business, functions,workstreams& processes
  • Support inclientmeetingsonall things operations: timelines/processes etc
  • Supportacrosscross channel plan governanceacross all channels inc. YT / FB / Social
  • Manage campaign approvalsensuringBooking.com stakeholdersare clear of whats required andwhen
  • Provideorganizedtimelines for all projects and campaigns whichcoverclient side and agency tasks
  • Provide production delivery support
  • Support trafficking process and build in efficiencies
  • OwnMAPourplan reporting system and liaisewithMAPsupport team whererequired
  • Manage markets andtheir inputs into MAP
  • Provide supportandoversightmarketmanagementof the auditing process
  • Leadbilling & financial tasks ensuring budget/invoicetrackers aredeliveredeachmonth and ensuring local market invoicing is onpointiValuaplatform lead-supporton day to day
  • Supportwith all data management& competitive asks,ensuringmonthlydashboardchecksand market commsfor dataaccuracy
  • Assistwith network management by sending requests and gathering information
  • Build relationships with key localoffices inorder to take ownership of individual projects
  • Join the local market/client statuscallstogather the latest status for each market, work with local teams to share next steps and deliver follow ups
  • Assistthe team with client requests and meetingpreparations
  • Strive for thebest in network managementreview and refine everything before sharing with the clients
  • Develop close relationships with the key Booking.com clients, our colleagues at other agencies and potential media partners
  • Establish yourself as a key contactpoint foroperations across agency
SKILLS
  • Substantialexperience in media planning with a solid graspof thetraditional and digitalmedia landscape
  • Ability to demonstrate experience ofmedia operations
  • Inquisitive andeager tolearn and develop asan operational lead
  • Show an active interest and maintainknowledgeofall media channels
  • Demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and numeracyin the analysis and manipulation of data
  • Understands and usesmethods for checkingwork to ensure accuracy and confidence in numbers
  • Excellent organisational skillswith excellent written, verbal, analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to navigate internal agency & client structures to ensuretheprocess is followed
