Job Description

My client is an industry leading creative production and procurement firm, proud to represent over 1000 brands across 90 countries.The business is going through a huge period of growth and we are now looking to hire a Warehousing & Logistics Account Manager on a permanent basis. This role can be offered on a remote basis and the successful candidate can either be based from the London/ Surrey offices or anywhere in the UK.The role:The Account Manager will develop and maintain a strong relationship with key client stakeholders at all levels and you will propose and deliver solutions with regard to matters relating to warehousing, storage, logistics, kitting and delivering of printitems including customer samples. You will be responsible for managing the customer relationship, providing and negotiating costings for each job, managing complex budgets/spreadsheets and ensuring customer satisfaction. Working closely with 3PLs you willcoordinate and assign their workload to ensure service delivery.Experience required:

  • Previous Account Management experience in the Logistics / Warehousing sector
  • Strong relationship management and rapport building skills
  • Strong Excel, ability to work with spreadsheets and manage complex project budgets
  • Understanding of complex supplier networks and experience working with 3rd party
