  • About the Role of Account Manager for Latin AmericaWe are looking to recruit for a fluent Portuguese and Spanish speaking Account Manager for the Latin America Region. Based in London this role will be split 80 / 20 in favour of new business versus account management and you will be responsible for selling subscriptions for their data and price reporting solutions to a range of clients including Traders, Banks, Agriculture Producers, large FMCG Firms and the Farming sector across Latin America.The role will be based in London and will involve a mix of phone and virtual web meetings with prospects.We are looking for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level and assume responsibility for growing a region.As an Account Manager you will:
  • Proactively hunt for new business targeting new sales prospects in Latin America
  • Manage the Renewals process for existing accounts
  • Be responsible for selling a range of subscription based solutions including pricing data, reports and benchmarks into the Agriculture sector in Latin America
  • Grow revenue from existing accounts through cross selling / up selling solutions to senior level decision makers
  • Develop new business with new prospects
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales revenue targets
  • If you are a fluent Portuguese and Spanish speaker and have a track record in Account Management or Business Development within Subscription Sales / Business Intelligence and would like to work for a market leader where you can develop and progress your career then we would love to hear from you!Your Skills & Experience:
  • Successful track record in account management and business development
  • Fluent Portuguese & Spanish speaker
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets
  • Degree educated
  • Experience in subscription sales or sponsorship sales
  • Proven experience of managing and growing key accounts to drive revenue growth
  • Hungry, competitive, goal orientated and self sufficient
