Job Description

What is the roleAs an Account Manager, you will have responsibilities across all key TLA Digital & Social clients providing assistance with social strategy & management, creative execution, pre-production and shoot production.Who are we looking forOur new Account Manager will have the desire to own the role and create best practices with the thirst to grow and develop as a digital and social media professional. The successful candidate will be skilled in social media management, reporting, and paidsocial activity management.You will be working in a team on:- Developing social media plans including copywriting and content ideas to push out on key client social channels;- Day-to-day social media posting and ongoing community management;- Regularly bringing refreshed content and social concepts to the table;- Assisting in PR amplification of social and content concepts;- Basic management of paid social marketing plans;- Keeping up to date on relevant social trends and communicate these with the team and key clients;- Providing ongoing reporting for client campaigns and monthly social performance;- Assist in Talent briefing and management;- Assist in preparing pre-production and content shoot materials; and- Providing insights and inspiration for global brands and campaigns impacting the social landscapeOther skills and experience required:

  • Minimum 2-3 Years experience in social media, communications, digital agency, or comparable environment;
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms;
  • Awareness of content/social media trends in sports and lifestyle;
  • Understanding of influencer marketing; and
  • Understanding of the UK Sporting industry
