These processes are designed to fuel high performance and fast results through collaboration.Job DescriptionOne Team Stellantis (OTS) is our integrated agency solution for the exFCA and exPSA brands within Stellantis, the worlds fourth largest OEM. On the exFCA brands, Starcom operates closely with our other Groupe agencies Saatchi & Saatchi and Digitas to deliverend to end transformative solutions to drive personalisation at scale. On exPSA we will continue to work closely in partnership with exPSAs other agency partners with holistic solutions to power their growth. Stellantis has an array of the worlds most excitingcar brands and with a continued shift to electrification coupled with identifying synergies within their marketing operations, this is a fantastic client to work on to help them unlock growth in a platform world.The Planning team within OTS are the guardians of our relationship with the Stellantis brands; Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroen, DS, Fiat, Jeep, Peugeot, and Vauxhall. We are deeply immersed in their business, acting as a highly valued and influential extensionof their brand marketing teams. We drive the strategic direction of media and wider communications, working closely with our Strategy, DDT, Performance, and Investment teams to deliver industry leading automotive solutions.We put great emphasis in landing our powerful Human Experience proposition through the use of intelligence-led systems and data. In one sentence: it is our collective job to deliver brilliant work, seamless operational management, and ensure that the workwe deliver for our clients and our agency is profitable, enabling long term partnershipsAs Planning Manager, you will play a key role in managing the relationship and strategic development of one of Stellantis UKs brands. You will have three overarching responsibilities that directly relate to our agency Growth Pillars and internal ExpectationsFramework.1.Growth for Clients: our goal is to create brilliant experiences that drive faster growth for Stellantiss brands, and you will work with various teams within the broader Publicis Media organisation (Content, Sports, Data and Commerce Practices)to do so. Specific responsibilities are:

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key, day-to-day clients
  • Support the AD through excellent day-to-day running of the team and campaign delivery
  • Ensure you and Execs deliver operational excellence
  • Apply HX to, and be the lead for smaller responses to client briefs
  • Look for proactive media opportunities to share with the client
2. Develop a Growth Team: You will have the chance to be a major contributor in shaping the culture of the teams that work in the agency. Specifically:
  • Manage 1+ Senior Execs and/or Execs
  • Deliver and set example to Execs of positive culture and brilliant client service
  • Work with Investment and Performance teams to deliver seamless and timely responses
  • Be proactive in day-to-day client management
  • Understand clients business and identify and share category news
3. Drive Growth for Starcom: You are an ambassador for the Starcom brand and will be part of helping us build an exceptional reputation both within Publicis Groupe and with external partners. Specifically:
  • Understand how we make money, be aware of growth opportunities
  • Support BD/AD to deliver new growth opportunities
  • Ensure absolute financial accuracy and PO management
  • Build Starcoms reputation, positive relationships with media owners and partner agencies
Qualifications
  • Quickly builds trust with clients and other stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of the media landscape and especially digital channels
  • An expert in media planning tools, systems, and resources
  • Ability to immerse oneself within the client vertical, and develop focused strategic media thinking as a result
  • A creative spark, who is constantly seeking the new and different
  • A brilliant project manager, who brings together multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding result
  • Commercially aware, and takes responsibility for the financial health of their clients
  • A team player who is happy collaborating with stakeholders internally and externally
  • Automotive experience not essential, but a desire to shake up the category is
