Job Description

Account Manager - Part Remote / Hybrid - City of LondonSalary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum.We are excited to be working with an award-winning, multi-national giant within the Creative Digital Media space! They specialise in ALL things digital, and often work with household brands from Redbull and Range Rover to Sony and Samsung. Theyre now onthe hunt for 3 exceptional Account Managers who will

  • Support the drive for growth across regions by looking to develop and enhance client relationships.
  • Monitor and engage with the relevant production teams to drive best practice, simplify, innovate and continuously improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Support the PM and Production team as appropriate ensuring the customers and markets are always at the forefront of the actions.
What Youll Do:(Client)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external key stakeholders involved in key projects.
  • Ensure clients markets and brands have an optimum level of service at all times.
  • Input into strategic business plans and business proposals and support their deployment.
  • Engage the Marketing community efficiently, supporting the wider strategic engagement plan.
(Financial)
  • Monitor project and overall customer costs and ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
  • Ensure financial data is captured and reported back to the business weekly/monthly/yearly as appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through process efficiency and/or efficiencies.
(People)
  • Lead and motivate a virtual team to support the successful delivery of all projects.
  • Encourage innovation, ideas and input regarding service improvements from all employees.
  • Role model the Company values
(Operations)
  • Lead and participate in business projects and initiatives
  • Regularly report on achievements and issues, escalating issues where required
  • Continually develop knowledge and skills to maintain and improve personal performance and effectiveness in a changing environment.
What Youll Have:
  • Strong knowledge of Creative production.
  • Good experience or knowledge of marketing solutions/multi-channel/digital & print production management.
  • Good Knowledge of broadcast / moving image production.
  • Good understanding and experience of managing multiple, complex internal and external relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Good MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to develop high quality professional documentation.
